Our Client is seeking an experienced Manager to join their Financial Systems and Process team. The successful applicant will lead the administration of SAP’s BPC application, the company’s new financial/operational and analytical reporting system. The Manager will be involved with all functional areas of the company and will assist the Vice President of the department in the rollout. Successful candidates will need strong modeling, finance & technical skills, as well as proven interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross‐functional teams in a fast‐paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform BPC Administrator functions such as maintaining models, input templates, dimensions and management of security profiles and ensure integrity of data within BPC applications at all times 
  • Develop BPC training material and provide BPC training as necessary 
  • Assist in the companywide rollout and adoption of BPC across functional areas to support various reporting and  scenario planning needs, including partnering with business owners to define business requirements and translate these into system requirements
  • Utilize expert level financial modeling skills and BPC expertise (either existing, or quickly learned) to assist business  owners to analyze trends, extract insights and potential redesigns to streamline modeling
  • Manage user acceptance testing by creating, documenting, and remediating any issues identified during testing
  • Assist VP in business processes improvement activities in an effort to gain efficiency, which will include identification of opportunities to leverage BPC to gain efficiencies in routine monthly reporting and analytics
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Systems or other degree that leverages knowledge of finance and systems 
  • Minimum 5 years business/ financial analysis experience, ideally with hands‐on experience in SAP BPC or a  comparable enterprise‐level planning and reporting tool, with health care real estate industry experience preferred
  • Experience with MRI (within healthcare real estate preferred)
  • Experience with financial statement analysis and associated modeling
  • Advanced knowledge of  business applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Excel and other   Microsoft Office Applications; VBA experience a plus
