About You:
As our client’s new Vice President, Asset Management (Senior Housing, located at the beautiful administrative corporate offices in Irvine, California, your mission as a strategic thought leader and expert in your domain is to collaborate with key management and executive stakeholders to navigate, and Partner with respective operators and overseeing a team consisting of Analysts, Lease Administrator, and CAM professionals. Your colleagues and management best describe you as someone who embraces change, has a strong aptitude for leading a team, with the ability to create and leverage collaborative relationships.
 
About the Opportunity:

  • Key position overseeing the performance of a large portfolio of Senior Housing assets.
  • You will be building shareholder value by driving operating performance, develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, create business plans to drive achievement of key operational goals, and platforms.
  • Manage a team to produce portfolio and asset performance trends, including opportunities for repositioning, development, and dispositions
  • Manage coordination of post-acquisition activities and integration of assets into ownership portfolio
  • Work with Senior Housing Acquisitions team and attend industry conferences and event to crow stable operating partners.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Attributes You Offer:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in real estate investment, underwriting, or operations, financial management in the senior housing or healthcare industry preferred.
  • 3 years of managing and developing high performers, and communicating with top executives, internally and externally.
